Build
Based on the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap includes the project timeline, key milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Each client is assigned a project manager who oversees the project, ensures deadlines are met, and communicates with the client. Our developers, designers, and content creators collaborate closely, using tools and methodologies to ensure the highest quality work.
We maintain transparent communication with regular updates and access to a client portal where clients can track progress and view deliverables. Feedback sessions are scheduled to review progress and gather client input, with multiple rounds of revisions included to ensure the final product meets expectations.
